Well, looks like Star Trek 2 will be out in two years, as announced today by Paramount Pictures. Personally I'm rather excited, the first film was enjoyable and one of my personal favorite movies of 2009. No news has been released other then the release date, but it has been confirmed that the writers and cast of the original film will be returning for the sequel.
