Sharlto Copley (District 9)announced that he will be dropping out of the sci-fi prokect I Am Number Four, an adaptation of a young adult sci-fi novel surrounding teenage aliens who are stranded on Earth. Copley was originally slated to play a mentor character to one of the teenage aliens in the film. However, news claims that scheduling conflicts lead to his leaving the project. Yet, Film Drunk claims that creative differences between Copley and the director D.J. Caruso lead to the actor's departure.
